MVL kick off successful start to 2020 Sale Season

MVL consigned 4 yearlings through the 2020 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. The Pierro filly out of Chatham House sold to Hall of Fame Bloodstock for $250,000; Flying Artie x She’s A Wildcat filly sold to Anthony Cummings for $80,000. Hinchinbrook x Oriental Ruby colt sold to the Hong Kong Jockey Club for $160,000 and the Flying Artie x Twelve Pack Shelly colt sold to Edmonds Racing/Kestrel Thoroughbreds for $160,000. The Twelve Pack Shelley colt was the 2nd highest priced yearling by his sire at the sale. The breeder of the colt (and the man who raced Flying Artie as well) – the late Paul Whelan – would have been a happy man. Image Katrina Partridge Photography.
